about emerge

Welcome to the second annual emerge, the original graphic design graduate showcase of the London Design Festival

Showcasing the latest in graphic design, emerge is dedicated to providing an international platform for the very best in graduate talent.

This year, emerge is taking graduate work into the public realm by inviting graduates to design a poster for tube stations around east London. Graduates have been set a typographic brief, being allocated a letter to design a poster around. See them individually in east London underground stations or all in one place at The Cube to find out what the letters spell out!

The exhibition will be housed in The Cube, which is located in east London at the centre the creative community. Here, the graduates will have the opportunity to interact with industry shakers, fellow graduates, creative professionals, and the odd journalist. Plus, with The Cube being the London Design’s Festival’s east London Hub, emerge will be at the centre of the action.

As if that wasn’t enough, there’s got a fantastic event programme with the emerge graduate award ceremony, professional skills development workshops and a pop up design studio run by White Cell Studio.
